Who operates this site

This site is the personal, professional profile of Glodie Mukumari, sales engineer, published from France.

Hosting: Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA.

Data collected

Contact, booking and recommendation forms collect the information you enter (name, email, message) to reply to you. Nothing is resold or transmitted to a third party for marketing purposes.

For security reasons (this site has received threats and harassment through its forms), each submission also records technical data: IP address, device/browser type, approximate location and timestamp. This log is kept separately, cannot be altered, and may be used as evidence in the event of a complaint. Legal basis: legitimate interest (protection against harassment).

Recommendations published on the site

Before sending, only your draft message is saved in this tab for up to 24 hours after the last edit. Your name, email, role, company and LinkedIn address are not saved in the draft. You can delete the draft and clear the form at any time; it is also removed after a successful send.

A recommendation is only published if you tick the permission box on the form. Your consent is recorded with its date. Nothing goes online automatically: every recommendation waits for Glodie’s manual validation.

Once published, only your name, role, company and message appear. Your email address, your LinkedIn profile and the technical data attached to the submission are never published.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it (GDPR art. 7.3): write to the address below and your recommendation is taken off the site. A withdrawn recommendation cannot be put back online from the back-office. ···.

Cookies & audience measurement

Google Analytics is only loaded after your explicit consent, given via the banner shown on your first visit. It measures visits and pages viewed (with IP anonymisation) to improve the site’s content. Declining has no impact on using the site.

The site counts its own page views, with no third party involved. No cookie is set, no IP address is ever stored, and the visitor identifier is a salted hash whose salt changes every day, so you cannot be recognised from one day to the next. It serves only to avoid counting the same person twice within a day. Raw views are deleted after 30 days; only anonymous daily totals are kept. Legal basis: strictly limited audience measurement, exempt from consent.

One other tool runs without consent, because it qualifies as strictly limited measurement: Vercel Speed Insights, which measures loading times. It sets no cookie, does not follow you from one site to another, and produces aggregated statistics only. The page addresses it receives are stripped of their query string, so a personalised link never carries a name into it.

No form content and no contact details are ever sent to these tools. The events recorded are limited to non-identifying actions: language switch, CV download, form submitted, link shared.

Measurement uses public page names without URL parameters or fragments. Referrers are reduced to their origin or domain; CV notifications retain only known source and channel categories, never personalized link parameters. These limits apply to new measurements and do not imply that historical records have been deleted.
